Who designs the products?
100% of the conceptualization and design happens in house. Los Angeles serves as a great inspiration.
How is BamBamBoom an ethical business?
Being an ethical business is (actively) a main priority for us. We’ve found and partnered up with a great manufacturing company in Dongguang that adheres to the international standards of ethical production, labour and environmental policies in the trading of goods.
Meaning, we’ve made our best efforts to make our #BamBamMats safe, legal, and fair.
When you order products from us, you can be sure your product was safely manufactured, and is safe for you and your family to use. Know that you’re buying from a company that is neither wasteful nor cruel: a company that cares.

What are #BamBamMats made of?
A very simple, honest and resistant material: silicone. That is:
- Food grade (of course)
- BPA free
- Phthalates free
Not a feature, but oh-so-perfect: dishwasher safe!
How and when will my #BamBamMats ship?
Every mat comes inside its own gorgeous hexagonal packaging… then we insert that product into a kraft shipping box to send it your way. We will pack and ship your order the same day, if order is placed before 2pm PST.
What are the shipping methods available?
For domestic (US) shipping:
At checkout you will always have an option to choose your preferred shipping method:
- First Class (3-5 days)
- Priority Mail (1-2 days)
If you are trying to checkout and can’t find a fast enough shipping option available, do let us know and we will be happy to help with that as quickly as we can.
Can you ship internationally?
We know and understand how these shipping rates may seem outrageous, but we literally just pass on the rates international courier services provide us. Not a penny extra.
The most economic way to ship international is with the ‘First Class Package International’ option you’ll see at checkout. This method though does not allow for an estimated time for delivery (trust us, we enquired heavily and could not believe our ears!). This is because the parcels are passed on from national postal service to the recipient’s country’s postal service. If time is no object, then this should be the best way to go.
Good news: We are constantly trying to find better rates for domestic and international parcels, and since we are growing and expanding distribution channels, these prices will decrease over time!
I want to send this to a friend, do you offer gift wrapping options?
Well, technically speaking we don’t offer gift wrapping per se.
If you let us know in the notes that this is for someone else, we will remove the packing slip (a little paper that contains all your order details such as price, for example) and we will put an extra effort to make the box worthy of a best friend’s present.
How soon do you ship a personalized #BamBamMat?
Please allow for 2-3 extra days to ship any personalized product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Changed your mind?
If you wish to return your item(s), please do so within 30 days of delivery.
We will provide a full refund in the form of store credit. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. We do ask you to be responsible for paying the carrier directly for return shipping costs.
Is there a problem with your product or did we make a mistake?
Say no more. Just let us know what is wrong and we will go out of way to help fix it asap.
Just send us a quick email to email@example.com with your order number and explaining what happened, and we will get to it immediately.
Can I return a personalized #BamBamMat?
Sorry, but here we will have to be adamant with a negative answer. Just because it is going to be virtually impossible to find someone that wants the exact same mat with your exact same name.
Please make sure you check the spelling of the personalization field. It will be on:
- Your cart
- At checkout
- Order confirmation page
- Order confirmation email
If you spot a typo or a mistake at any of those points let us know within 2 hours of placing the order.
